Praying for the People Affected by Earthquakes in Myanmar, Thailand, and Other Regions
Dear fellow Buddhists and virtuous friends,
Recently, we have learned that regions such as Myanmar and Thailand have been struck by earthquakes, causing severe damage to many lives and homes. On behalf of all colleagues at the Lumbini International Buddhist Studies Research Center, we extend our deepest sympathy and care to the people in the affected areas.
We call upon all Buddhists and virtuous friends to join us in offering prayers for those in the disaster zones. May the wisdom of the Buddha illuminate their hearts, and may the compassion of the Bodhisattvas alleviate their suffering. Let us stand together and put the compassionate spirit of Buddhism into action.
